Local NEWS: The 3 capitals of NE states have been listed among the ten cleanest cities of the India. They are Mizoram, Sikkim and Tripura. It was conducted by a research company, Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) in Delhi. Mizoram’s Capital Aizawl landed the fifth rank whereas Gangtok in Sikkim and Agartala in Tripura occupied the ninth and tenth rank respectively in an all India survey.
