The main reason, why positive thinking is hard is because our society is filled with a negative atmosphere or in other ways negative thoughts about life. It could be an event, It could be news or people. And, no - matter how much we try these things keep coming back toward us or hunting us down. The best way, to rid of them is. We need to less expose ourselves to these things.

We can't eliminate them completely from our life. We can only expose ourselves to these things and that way the impact will be less. That is why? Successful people expose themselves to more and more great books, great mentors, and more. And it compounds 1  upon one another and bleeds unimaginable results over time - as they say, " Rich are getting richer" and " Poorer are getting Poorer "

And we wonder how? the hell they did it. And in the worst part, we look at them through the eyes of envy. 

We all know, Warren Buffett ( One of the Greatest Investors in the Great Nation United States of America ), Do you know? How he became the greatest investor of all time. He read books, newspapers, and magazines all related to stocks and investing throughout the month and year. ( The point, here is to expose yourself to the things, that you want in your life more and more. Not what you don't want in your life ) 

 


If you are thinking negatively all day whole, despite trying hard to rid of them for a few days. Think of this, if you pour one bottle of oil into an Ocean. Its impact will not be visible. But, if you pour 750,000 barrels of oil. Its impact will be huge and unimaginable. That's how positive thinking works ( You need to work on it every day not just one day or two to three days ) Keep thinking positively by replacing the negative ones that's number 1.

Number 2: Expose yourself to more and more positive content or good content not to negative ones.

Number 3: Get rid of or avoid or ignore those people or places that give bad vibes. Life is too short, to live in those places or with those people, or things that don't give good vibes.

Number 4: Stop worrying!  Or stop dwelling in past- you can only change yourself, you can't change others. You can only live in the present, not in past. you can't be happy by constantly worrying about the past or the future!
