Food & Cuisine: Pork is one of the most common meat eaten all around the world. Now, I can’t for sure say why it is liked the most around the world. One of the most memorable experiences that I had last year with Pork was ‘Deep Fried Pork’ which was preserved to be eaten later.
Well, here is how it is made:
1) You will need oil 1/half litre
2) 1kg of Pork
3) Nerswn leaves (I can’t say what it is call in English)
4) Dry chills three to five
5) Salt to taste
The Process:
1) First heat the hot pan or any other utensil where you cook food
2) Put the oil make it hot
3) Then put the Nerswn leaves along with dry chilli,fry a bit
4) Then put the meat, fry for about 20 to 30 minutes
5) Now take Bottle bigger than average shape to preserved it,so that you can eat it later.
There you go, it is done.Now, Slice an onion as you can see in the picture and then served it .
