Interview: I recently contact Devin Devin Michael Graham via facebook popularly known as ‘Devinsupertrump’ who is known for his action videos.He is an American Filmmaker; he first began making films of his stunts snowboarding at an early age. After breaking his back and legs snowboarding, he shifted his focus to being behind the camera. Graham studied filmmaking at Brigham Young University with the original intent of working on feature films.After seeing the successes of YouTube videos, specifically one made on a cellphone that amassed over 2 million views.
Hello! Devin, how are you?
Devin: Very good and very busy
You said ‘I absolutely love it, I’ll keep doing it’ til the day I die’ what keeps you motivated in making new, new youtube videos.
Devin: Because I love it so much it does not really work it’s fun and enjoyable. It's a passion that I have had for most of my life and it burns within strong. Anything new is exciting and the way things are changing so fast it’s always exciting. Besides, all of our video's are unique as and fresh.
Please! Tell us something about shooting process for any new video.
Devin: With over 200 video's it's almost different with each one, but after the concept has been determined we just follow out our plan. What makes it so unique is that we always have issues and it’s how we react and overcome those obstacles.
As you have broken your back and legs while snowboarding earlier. Did you ever felt like your putting someone life in danger? Cause, I have seen most of the extreme sports videos of your were directly putting someone’s life in danger?
Devin: Not true, I never have never put anyone's life in danger, before a shoot and during a shoot I am very stern about making sure those that are involved feel right about doing what they are doing. I never have used an amateur in a serious video that is dangerous, these are much-trained professionals that know exactly what they are doing and have done it hundreds of times. I don't take a risk with people that don't want to be involved
Your channel ‘Devinsupertrump’ has more than 4.1 million subscribers and 736 million total views so far, how does it feel?
Devin: That we are on the right track of giving the fans what they want to see, that is all its about. Giving the fans something that they want to share with others. That is a tricky business.
Your videos are brilliantly represented, whether it is behind the scene youtube channel videos or the main channel videos. Do you guys follow any script or just go along what has been discussing in the group before the shoot?
Devin: It varies all the time, depending on what the sponsor wants but for most of the video's we just want to have fun and that all comes naturally.
What that thing that you believe every filmmaker should have to be a successful filmmaker.
Devin: A Passion for driving them. A strong work ethic. A love of what they are doing.
Ok! Tell us something about the gears that you used during the shoot
Devin: Not much to tell, most of them uses a Glide Cam and the Red camera, then a go pro and Tripod
Any plan to come in India in future for any shoot for extreme sports i.e Indigenous Games of Bodo Khomlainai (Wrestling)?
Devin: We have been there several times before but we would love to come back but we always need a sponsor to pay for our expenses.

Devin: Follow your Dream and don't give up, Strive to be the best and learn something every day
