Local NEWS: “Where there is a will there is a way” best suited for the Ryue Nishizawa who designed a unique home in Tokyo, Japan it’s a nature lover’s paradise in Concrete Jungle city creating a space for nature.
Every floors in the building have its own garden, creating a screen of plants that provide privacy from passersby and glazed walls beyond protecting the interior from other external elements. It is a five-story building with (13 feet) wide and glasses walls were to open up the interior spaces with natural light. The bedrooms are located on the first and third floors and are separated from meeting and study areas with glass screens and curtains.
Owners are both writers, who use the building as both their home and workspace.
Staircases spiral up through the building and pass through circular openings in the thick concrete floor boards. A final opening cuts through the roof to allow taller plants to reach through to the rooftop terrace.
With this kind of great concept, one will always remain reconnected with nature even if , one is living in the concrete jungle.
