Bodoland G.K: The origin of this day is unknown.Some believe that it is celebrated because of the change of season.Where as some believe that the practice started in 1582,the France adopted the Gregorian Calender,in which New Year’s Day was shifted from the end of March to the 1st of January .It is celebrated in April 1st is also known as April Fools’ Day.
