Buli Basumatary present life condition life condition came to light
through the website call ‘The Voice of Bodoland‘ Their they saw her selling
orange in a Highway – she was a national level archery champion once .She
discontinue her sports career due to her injuries.As she belongs from poor
background she couldn’t effort to buy the bows and arrows.
Within a week of publication of the article.Everywhere
in the social media her sad story was published or circulated or shared – Due
to this powerful movement, she got notice and her life took na U-Turn.
Now, she will be appointed as Archery coach
at Saruhojai thanks to Hon’ble sports Minister of Assam, Sir Naba Kumar Doley
and Hon’ble CM Sarananda Sonowal for this great initiative.
