Technology NEWS: Scientists from the University of Washington has developed LEDs that are 10,000 times smaller than the thickness of the Human hair. As most of the modern electronics are using tiny light-emitting diodes, this can be new sources of light energy in electronics.

It is two dimensional, flexible semiconductors, because of which it is much smaller than any other LEDs that are being used in the modern electronics today.
