Sports: Lovlina Borgohain
professional Boxer who belong from Assam
has been nominated by the Boxing Federation of India for the prestigious Arjuna
Award on June 1. Along with Lovlina,Simranjit Kaur and Manish Kaushik they are
also been nominated for the award.
Lovlina has been qualified for the upcoming Tokyo Olympic games which have been
deferred till 2021 due to Covid-19
pandemic.
She has won the world championship bronze medal twice.
