The most common being patchy hair loss,
which is also referred to as Alopecia Aerate, a condition in which the hair is

hair loss in men.
Lopecia Areata: Is a common condition, probably autoimmune.It generally starts in 2nd or 3rd decade.The characteristic initial lesion is circumscribed totally to reveal a smooth bald patch. Exclamation hairs (broken hair) may be seen at the periphery of the patches. It also occurs on the scalp and the beard. It is a serious cosmetic problem and you may need to consult your dermatologist.
Ringworm: Also known as Tinea capitis is a
fungal infection of the scalp and needs antifungal treatment.
Trichotillomania: It is form of hair loss
caused by intentional or unintentional pulling out of the hair. A person
suffering from this, needs counselling.This condition, generally affects kids.
Mesotherapy and stem cells: Injections given
on the scalp to stimulate hair follicles.Intra lesional steroid injections.
Hair implants : Follicular Unit Extraction
(FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT) are the most common types of hair
implants.
