National NEWS : Licypriya Kangujam is an 8
year old climate and environment activist hailing from Manipur/India. She
has submitted a letter to President Ram Nath Kovind and also to PM
Narendra Modi of India , requesting them to postpone the National
Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) and other exams.
She shared here submission in her Facebook page:
" Today visited the Prime Minister Office
and Rashtrapati Bhawan to submit the letter directly to Hon’ble Prime Minister
of India Shri Narendra Modi ji and Hon’ble President of India Shri Ram Nath
Kovind ji to postpone the NEET & all other exams during COVID. It was a
successful mission. Waiting for their positive response and swift action to
rebuild the trust and hope of the millions of students, millions of parents,
millions of their family members and people of this country."
