What we think always becomes the mind or to say
in simple language illusion of our mind.
Let's take a simple
example of video game; let's say you like playing video game especially (Action
Video Game) where there is all sort of violence. And you play it every single
day from morning to night.
When you start to play
same types of game every single day. You will start to feel the same type of
environment even when you are not playing.
Let's look to another
example: It has been
found that when a prisoner who is used to living in dark prison cell. Commit a
crime when they go outside again just to go back in that same prison cell.
The reason is their mind
get so used to that dark cell in such as way that cannot make difference
between freedom and cage.
To them, caged in a cell
is life and they feel good about it. Same thing can also happened to the person
who play video game whole day alone.
How to get out of this
trap?
Solution 1 : We can only do it by reprogramming our
mindset. Let's say you fear snake . (By learning which snake is poisonous and
which one is not you'll feel confident and you are fear will decrease by
itself) because now you know the behaviour of snakes and its types.
Solution 2 : See if you are getting addicted to
gaming. If so why? are you getting addicted to it. Set a time for playing for
game and not beyond that. It will be hard but you can do it.
Solution 3 : Reprogrammed your mind to think
positive. You are mind dwell on what you put in your mind .So, be aware of
that. If you think always negative replace with positive thoughts. If you feel
lack in life replace with abundance.
