Chandni Brahma:Well we are trying our best to be better than before. We kept our band name girls rebellion because we can see in our society that girls are being discriminated against their caste and not given the equal rights thus we formed band and named it " GIRLS REBELLION" And Not only this but we want to show that everything is possible if there is a will to achieve something in your life.
You guys have released one ‘Single’, ‘You’ve gone away’. Is this lyric written individually or in a group?

‘I personally love the song, bassist played awesome guitar in the middle of the song, ‘It shall remind one of late 80’s and 90’s. ‘Please tell us something about the song ‘You’ve gone away’.
Chandni Brahma: The song you have gone away is related to our day to day life when our beloved once leave us and go away from us than we can feel the pain which distracts our mind and soul and makes us feel sad and depressed!

[This interview was taken one behalf of the magazine. We would like to thank Chandni Brahma for giving time for the interview. We wish them good luck for the future]
Its a good thing that bodo girls are starting to follow their dreams even when some people and parents say not to. Society has always told a girl child that you are a girl and that you will and can do only this particular set of activities or works. But history has witnessed women doing things which society thought and said only men are fit to do. But women did it equally good and in the right way. Bodo women are also no less and should come out from the clutches of misguided norms and take part in building a better society, where all are EQUAL, men and women, where there is no DISCRIMINATION, and where everyone believe in and hold on to one motto "Live and Let Live". I strongly believe that GIRLS REBELLION is taking us one more step closer towards that SOCIETY. Therefore, I with all my heart wish them Luck and Success in their Future and on the way may INSPIRE lot more youngster to follow their "Dreams".
