Proneeta ‘A talented Dancer of the DID’ Season 5

Special Coverage: DID full form ‘Dance India Dance’. DID had brought many season one after another. Whether, it is DID Season of Mom or other. I personally, did not know much about Proneeta; I had earlier tried to reach her but, was in vain. There were request coming from readers of ‘The BODO Tribe18’ (Magazine) that to cover article on her. As, we being respected and well known magazine we can’t write any thing that comes in our mind without proved or evidence. To know more about her ,I finally manage to get a Proneeta’ dad number who is a Police officer in Delhi.

Proneeta father name is Tarpan Swargyary and her mother name is Monika Swargyary.They are originally from village Bartary (Sonafuly) Salbari Dist-Baksa (Bodoland). They came to Delhi in 1993. His father is working with Delhi police.Proneeta was born in 1993 in Delhi, She is brought up and educated in Delhi.She passed BA from Maitriyee college in 2014. She was interested in dancing since childhood and wanted to be professional in this field.She was also interested in Bodo dances and participated in Baisagu and other functions organized by Delhi Bodo association in Delhi.She is expert in Bagurumba, Mwsaglangnai solo dance in Bodos .She has visited all over India to participate in various functions. She has also visited Kairo,Egypt along with the great actor Sir Amitabh Bachhanjee for performance. She was actress in Boro film Delhi to Bodoland. besides one album produced from Karbi anglong in Bodo.His father is very active in social functions like Baisagu celebrations,domashi,16th nov as bodo literary day etc.He can beat Kham, jota S,ifung etc Proneeta is always friendly with Bodo people in Delhi and participates in the programmes.She can also speak Boro language.

Interview with Proneeta's Dad

‘Did she always wanted to be a dancer?’ Yes, she is naturally born dancer, whenever she got a chance to dance .She used to dance, when she was a child she used to wear Gamsa (A Bodo Traditional Dress) and dance with it and she also supposed to go in China due to passport problem she could not go to take part in dance competition. ‘Did she take any class for dance?’ No, No I can she is a self-taught dancer .I can say it again and again. She is a natural born dancer; no one taught her how to dance. ‘As a father how you support or inspire her?’In audition time I had to sleep in street pavement (he laughs),If she like to do it, I will obviously support her..
